Carol A. Laughbaum, nominated by her peers and selected as a Michigan Super Lawyer, has over twenty-five years’ experience successfully representing plaintiffs in employment and other civil rights matters, both pre-litigation and in all aspects of litigation at the trial and appellate court levels, including briefing and arguing cases before the Michigan Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals.
