Biography

Katherine F. Cser brings over 12 years of employment law and human resources experience to Sterling Attorneys. Most recently, she served as General Counsel and Chief People Officer for a Detroit-based logistics company. She had previously been in private practice in New York and Michigan, including as an attorney at one of the largest employment law firms in the country.

Katherine brings a distinct perspective to the firm, having represented both employees and employers throughout her career. This experience allows her to understand the challenges faced by workers, as well as the companies who employ them, and enables her to provide practical, real-world advice to all her clients.

Born and raised in metro-Detroit, Katherine graduated from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, and Brooklyn Law School. In her spare time, she plays the flute in the Birmingham Concert Band and enjoys golfing, skiing, and almost any activity outdoors.
